Riverston | Meemure Tour - ITINERARY

Day 1 - Riverston	After gathering in our meet up location we will head towards Kurunegala which is a city with an ancient value where we will visit the statue of Lord Buddha at Atha Gala upon which we will have our breakfast on top of the rock with beautiful sceneries. Furthermore, after a long journey in our bikes, we will make our way to Dambulla Cave Temple (optional: visit Dambulla Cave Temple) and head to Kandalama Lake where we will be welcomed by a refreshing lake side breeze which has a gist of childhood feelings. Upon which we will have a fresh dip in the lake and enjoy our lunch afterwards. Moreover, we will proceed trough a civilized road which leads to an adventurous wildlife territory with hairpin bends and blind corners slowly making our way up the mountainside roads reaching our final destination for the day, Riverston.
Day 2 - Meemure	Having our early morning breakfast at Riverston, we will start our journey by descending trough a treacherous road back to civilization where will make our way along the border of Wasgamuwa National Park to Hasalaka town which refreshes our memory and takes us back to one of our greatest war heroes Hasalaka Gamini. While reminiscing about historic war stories we will have our lunch. Upon which we have an exciting journey ahead in Sri Lanka’s most famous 18 hair pin road. Reaching the view point of Mahiyanganaya which eventually leads to an off-road route which will take us all the way to Meemure. To end Day 2 we will spend our night with a cosy campfire and a barbeque night under the starry skies and engaging conversations.
Day 3 - Starting Point	After enjoying a traditional breakfast and making our way to conduct water activities in the local hotspot called Sooriya Arana. For the last time we will pack our belongings and prepare our bikes for the long journey back home. Making our way from Meemure to a secret pathway which is an off-road territory through a jungle which leads to a civilized village giving the impression of coming out from no mans land back to civilization. After having a joyous lunch to get our energies up, we have the option of re-visiting Kandy city which we passed through on our journey in Day 1. After which we will make a cautious and adventurous way back to where we began ending our long and once in a life time memorable experience.
