Riverston Tour - ITINERARY
| Day 1 - Riverston | After gathering in our meet up location we will head towards Kurunegala which is a city with an ancient value where we will visit the statue of Lord Buddha at Atha Gala upon which we will have our breakfast on top of the rock with beautiful sceneries. Furthermore, after a long journey in our bikes, we will make our way to Dambulla Cave Temple (optional: visit Dambulla Cave Temple) and head to Kandalama Lake where we will be welcomed by a refreshing lake side breeze which has a gist of childhood feelings. Upon which we will have a fresh dip in the lake and enjoy our lunch afterwards. Moreover, we will proceed through a civilized road which leads to an adventurous wildlife territory with hairpin bends and blind corners slowly making our way up the mountainside roads reaching our final destination for the day, Riverston. Overnight stay in Riverston. |
| Day 2 - Negombo | After having a delicious breakfast in the morning in the Riverston mist we will make our way back to Negombo. But before heading out we will swim in the river to refresh ourselves. On our ride back to Negombo we will see plenty of tea plantations as we travel through montane territories. Moreover we will have the chance to see Kurunegala rock temple as well as the giant statue of Buddha. Before the sunset we will reach Negombo remembering our experiences and memories shared in the past tour. |
